> Education: I graduated with an MSc degree in International Business and CEMS from Ivey Business School.

> Professional: My most recent employment was a part-time editor at Towards Data Science. Before that, I had both internship and working experiences in business development, consulting and sales at both big companies like Suzlon and startups.

> International Experiences: I have worked and studied in the US, China, Brazil, India, Hong Kong(China), and Canada. I hold a Canadian passport.

While this might not be the typical background for a software engineer, my experience has trained me to be a fast learner with a "can-do" attitude. It equipped me with problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, which are also crucial for being a developer.

Personal Interests

> Reading, especially in philosophy and ancient history. I am a member of a bi-weekly book club hosted by the Logic Department of Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.

> Traveling. My favorite places on Earth so far are: San Pedro de Atacama in Chile, Tel Aviv in Isreal, and Tainan in Taiwan.

> Writing, documenting my travels, thoughts, and observations. Here is a piece that documents my experience in Brazil. I also have separate places to publish my writings in English and Chinese.
